Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and transport links, yet quiet enough to feel restful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the dining experience overall was excellent. I especially appreciated the small touches — from the efficient check-in process to the thoughtful service throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel provided a perfect balance of comfort, service, and value. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying again.

Negative: While most aspects of the stay were pleasant, the hot water supply was inconsistent. At times it took a long while to heat up, and on a few occasions it was not as reliable as expected. Improving the hot water system would make the overall experience much more comfortable.

Positive: Stayed here before after arriving in Trivandrum. It’s close to the airport so we always stay here after arriving late in the night. Friendly staff, clean rooms and delicious breakfast.

Negative: Breakfast the items provided were excellent. Since we came from Hyderabad and have stayed in many other hotels felt there could have been more of muffins etc. Now coming to lunch buffet,we felt the same dessert weren't child friendly for example kids love chocolate cakes or icecream which weren't there.
