Positive: The location in Mauna Lani, close to the pool complex, and the stocked kitchen was a pleasant surprise. The other units we have rented did not have half of the kitchen items as this unit.

Negative: It is showing its age a bit. The carpet is worn down, the towels are near end of life, the master shower needs a new shower head, and the beach chairs were broken. Given approval to replace the chairs we made a trip to Costco. I am told I will be credited for that expense.

Summary: Great location & a well stocked kitchen in Mauna Lani.

Positive: Perfect location, convenient next to the pool. Quiet and relaxing location. Enjoyed being indoor as well as outdoor. Happy the condo supplied us with most of our necessities, such as rice cooker, pots/pans, water heater, washing machine/dryer etc. My daughter also enjoyed the book collections. It felt cozy and like at home.

Negative: One of the oven mitt was had a hole in it that I was unaware of, which caused me to almost burn my hand when handling the hot foods. Also one of the pot holders had lots of crumbs on it. Not much microwavable bowls to heat up our food. Noted cockroach our first night when we checked in. Had to replace a few light bulbs when we checked in. But overall great experience for me and my family.

Positive: Good location, condo was comfortable and very well decorated. Grounds were clean.

Negative: Many of the lamps were not working. Most needed new light bulbs but the standing lamp in master bedroom switch was not working.

Positive: The property was clean and well equipped. Very comfortable , good air conditioning and fans. Lots of things in garage like chairs, snorkel equip and umbrellas. LOVED the beach club and went every day. Everything you need for a great stay. Very close to pools and gym.

Negative: Air conditioner in master is very loud at night so we just used the fan and we’re fine.

Summary: Absolutely lovely and we would come again to this townhouse.
