Our condo was completely remodeled in 2019. Beautifully done in clean, modern lines with upscale granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with up-to-date technology, peaceful color palette, and new furnishings with island flair. We are thrilled to have an opportunity to share our Forever Home / Piece of Paradise and help you create your own unforgettable Maui memories!
New split A/C system installed in August 2016 - separately controlled wall units with remotes in bedroom and living areas. On most days the condo is cool enough with just the soothing trade winds and ceiling fans, but occasionally you might need A/C so we are happy to be able to provide it for your comfort.
This is a beautiful beachfront Condominium right on the water in the peaceful town of Kihei offering unobstructed and breathtaking 180 degree ocean views, amazing sunsets, and the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Enjoy the surfers, kite surfers, fishermen netting their fish, whales passing by in the winter, and sea turtles playing in the waves while lounging on your private lanai. Easy direct access to the historical fish pond and protected beach perfect for swimming, romantic strolling, or long morning and sunset walks.
Explore the beautiful reef, majestic Hawaiian sea turtles, and all the beauty of Maui from your own secluded condo. You are welcome to use our beach chairs, towels and ice chest for your island pleasure. The condo is centrally and conveniently located, easily accessible to the airport and shopping areas that will take care of all your vacation needs, restaurants, tennis courts, gold course and all your fun destinations in any direction.
Our condo amenities include a fully equipped updated kitchen, in-suite washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, TV/DVD, king size bed, fold-out mats to accommodate 2 additional guests, in-room safe, and all the essentials you need to enjoy your well-deserved Maui escape.
Rooftop garden with BBQs and dining area provide stunning 360 degree panoramic view of ocean, Haleakala, the West Maui Mountains, Molokini, Kahoolawe, Lanai Island, and mountains (and beautiful rainbows maybe!). BBQs are also located at the poolside by the heated pool overlooking the ocean.
Menehune Shores is conveniently located with easy access to some of the island’s best beaches, shopping in Kihei, Wailea or Kahului, and scenic drives to Lahaina /Kaanapali. This property is uniquely situated adjacent to the historically important 16th century Alii (Royal) Fish Pond of Kalepolepo. Protected by offshore reefs, the pond provides safe swimming for children and those wishing to avoid heavy surf.

Summary: We were thrilled with the location, view and condition of the property. Dave was great with any questions and had great recommendations prepared that made our Maui trip better. The location allowed us to explore the island with relative ease. The views were great and the building was quiet. You can't beat waking up to the sound of waves in the morning!

Summary: The condo was just as advertised with a great location and beautiful ocean view and access to the beach. There were many personal touches - access to beach chairs, coolers, basics in the kitchen , etc. Jared clearly communicated throughout the process. He adjusted our check in and out times based upon our flights without a request from us!

Summary: Beautiful views! The place was very clean and quiet. Has a great beach to walk and see turtles basking in the sun. The host is wonderful and excellent with communication. Highly recommend and we would stay here again if we ever get to come back to Maui!

Summary: This property is very clean and has everything you could possibly need for a tropical vacation. The communication with the hosts is exceptional. Kihei is a beautiful spot and the heart of the community is only a short drive away. The area is quiet and safe. Such a lovely getaway in a beautiful spot! Summary: This property is on the second floor of a condo building and opens up to an amazing view of the ocean. The bedroom has cold a/c and the breeze through the unit feels amazing with the front door open and sliding doors open. The location is wonderful with close proximity to activities and restaurants. The unit itself is well-appointed with kitchen supplies, coolers for the beach or day activities, binoculars to watch ocean activities and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the beach and pool access as well. The hosts are super communicative and kind!! This was a fantastic place to spend 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!!

Summary: Dave & Toshiko have been the best hosts my wife and I have ever delt with. Starting with their communication upon booking their place. The unit is extremely well equipped, spotless, comfortable, cute, and welcoming all with a view that takes your breath away. Their Hospitality was world class. The location is a little farther from restaurants and shops than we anticipated but the quietness made up for it. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Summary: We chose this property in Maui to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The condo was clean and well equipped with all we needed for a weeks stay. It was nice that Dave had a list of personal favorites around the island and we tried a few out. We used the grill on the property as well and fixed some fine steaks one evening. This vacation we arrived back home with little laundry to do as there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Just about anything you needed from kitchenware to beach essentials were there for you to use. The ocean view from the condo was beautiful as you could watch the sunsets nightly.

Summary: This property is amazing! The sunsets are as shown in the pictures but probably even more breathtaking! Great location with parking! Easy to get everywhere. Pool is lovely, walking on the beach a beautiful activity and enjoyed the rooftop sunsets and grills as well! Our only regret was not planning to stay longer! Communcation so easy with Dave! Thank you!!
