Positive: We loved the dock, the kitchen was well stocked, as well as the bathroom. The tiny home was decorated so cute!

Negative: How much traffic the road right by the tiny home had, BUT it didn’t interfere with our sleep. We wish we were able to park our car a little further off the road.

Positive: Loved the location and the common area where we met and hung out with others that were staying there.

Negative: Living room furniture in Bldg 5 wasn’t very comfortable, but I understand that the location was just recently purchased by the new owner who hasn’t had time to do much with it - my suggestion? Seating where you can put your feet up and relax!

Positive: Loved being on the water and the ability to walk to great food.

Negative: Internet was out, the listing stated kayaks were available and there were not. It’s listed as soundproof, it was not. There was so much road noise and we could hear the neighbors in their tiny house next to us. There’s no storage or place to put hanging clothes so they have to be pilled on the floor.

Summary: It’s an affordable option for the area. It’s small but cute I think with a few tweaks it could be better

Positive: Charming little area and who doesn't love staying in a tiny home? Good communication from the property management staff prior to arrival. Easy access to my accommodations with parking right outside my door. My place was cute, comfortable and well stocked with everything I needed during my stay. Loved the vibrant colors of the entire island and was charmed by my time here!

Negative: Everything was great, no complaints.
