Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Matei Residence! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with a designer’s touch. We were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gifts, which made our arrival even more special. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A reserved parking space is conveniently located right next to the entrance. From the residence, it’s just a pleasant 20-minute walk to Sibiu’s historic center. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed both the apartment and our strolls through the beautiful town of Sibiu. Highly recommended!

Positive: Everything! This apartment is amazing. It has EVERYTHING you might want on a getaway, a home away from home. It starts with the clear and very friendly communication with the owner. Very spacious and functional, comfortable, furnished with great taste, extremely clean, in a great, quiet location. Very convenient particularly if you travel by car or take a rental car (free, safe parking included). It is also only 15-minutes walk from a great farmer's market (Piata Cibin where you can buy anything you want to make full use of the fully-equipped kitchen in the apartment. It is 25-30 minutes walk from Old Town Center, yet it has very easy, straight forward access to highway A1. We were extremely happy with our choice. Nothing less than "perfect" or 10+ would be a fair rating of this apartment and owner.
Negative: Nothing comes to mind, in our experience.
Summary: A wonderful place that will make your stay as comfortable as you want it. It beats any hotel room!

Positive: Everything was fabulous! A beautiful apartment within walking distance to old town and all of the sites. The accommodation is spacious, and we were welcomed with snacks and drinks. We will definitely book again and recommend it to everyone. The parking space is right outside the front door, and the area is nice and peaceful. The host is lovely!

Positive: It was better than advertised. The owners are very friendly and are prompt to respond for any request or question. The self checkin process is also very helpfull and was described perfectly (you could not go wrong). You have everything in the residence you could need for a stay. Very clean and very welcoming.
Negative: I would not say i didn’t like it, it was just something we where missing, a coffee filter. But this should not count as a minus towards the residence.
Summary: If you visit Sibiu make sure to stay here
