Fully updated 1940's home in historic Forest Hills! Only 7 minutes to the gates of The Augusta National and a quick walk to the public course of Forest Hills Golf Course. Very convenient to the restaurants and shops at Surrey Center as well as the attractions on The Hill.
The homeowner is an interior designer and has decorated the home with high-end furniture and fixtures. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, custom walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double vanities. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the guest bath with a combo tub/shower. The private back sunroom includes a twin bed with a twin trundle that can be pulled across the room for separation. The backyard includes a large deck with an outdoor TV, smoker, griddle, and smokeless fire pit.
With multiple entertaining areas, we ensure you won't miss a minute of the action, even when you're not on the course!
Please note, we have a very lovable Golden Retriever. While we do a deep clean before guests arrive, we do want to make this known to anyone with severe pet dander allergies : )
