Positive: It is an aprtment contains number of private rooms (~8 rooms) each room has a private shower and toilet. In addtion a small fridge. The kitchen is a shared facility. The owner is a kind person which is very good and supported when needed. Everything was as described.

Negative: No Television or radio. No Window. Even each room was private, to sum up it can be considred something similar to hostle with a higher degree of privacy wich is good. However, I personally assumed it was like a hotel.

Positive: Its a studio apartment. It's size is OK as per singapore standards as most of the hotel rooms are quite compact. AC worked fine. Unlimited Hot water access. Clean washroom. No window. A big cupboard, a compact writing table with a steel stool were there. A couple of charging ports were available. No information on Wifi as I never used it. Its in an iconic location. Good for singles and backpackers. I stayed there for 4 nights, no issues. Double bed, bed spread, 2 towels were provided. As it's a studio apartment, no cleaning by the property. Common kitchen and washing machine available but I didn't use it. It's 800 meters Orchard metro and 600 meters from a bus stop.
