Positive: Comfortable and elegant accommodation. Very quiet. Very accessible for centre of Rome.

Negative: A few basic ingredients for cooking would have been helpful in a self catering accommodation. Not crucial as we ate out 90% of the time.

Negative: The WiFi is falling every few hours but nothing that restarting the router can’t solve.

Positive: We needed a ground level apartment with terrace, this was great. Near to transport, buses. Trains etc. Staff were helpful, contactable by phone.

Negative: It was really a twobedroom apartment with a double room and a small single bedroom. The second double room was converted from the dining room. The toilet in the ensuite did not flush well so we didn't use it. Drains smelt bad. It was extremely expensive, we needed the ground floor and terrace because one of our group has disability. So we had little choice. No one came to show us anything and I had to ring / text everytime we needed to know about a facility. The rubbish non arrangements were unsatisfactory and unclear. We were expected to wait for the bin vsnbto ring the doorbell and hand them the rubbish. No one rang the doirbell and times were not clear.

Positive: The apartment is situated in a nice, quiet residential area, about 20-25 min walk from the Coliseum. Nearby, about 10 min walk, you can find good, non-touristic restaurants. The apartment has a very nice terrace. The owners are cooperative.

Negative: Being on the ground floor the apartment is dark and a bit cold, with not enough sunlight even on a sunny day. The wi-fi was not working properly, so we had to restart the router several times. Generally, the apartment is supposed to be nice and charming but in fact, it needs some renovation.

Positive: Location was great with the Metro close by and nice restaurant's a short walk away. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a nice courtyard. Its an older apartment and a little dated but its well laid out and comfortable.

Negative: The property is a little dated and tired, but this was reflected in the price. Overall it was comfortable and well located.

Positive: Great terrace, very nice rooms with two bathrooms, nice location next to the metro stations Piramidi and Circo Massimo and the Testaccio Quarter, beautiful surroundings with viewpoints over the city and dreamy avenues with trees. We had a great time, thank you!

Negative: There was a problem with the booking, that never happened to me before. I would have appreciated a little more readiness to help to improve the situation. But in the end we paid the surplus and we had a great stay, so everything was fine!

Positive: We had a car rental and it was very hard to find parking , when we did find it we had to pay. It was not walking distance from most attractions and was not walking distance from the Vatican. We had to take cabs most of the time because we did not want to lose the parking space when we finally found it. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. The host was very nice and gave us extra coffee pods but there was not any olive oil or basic condiments for cooking. Also, the smaller bathroom had a broken toilet seat and the water was hard to regulate, it got cold some days in the middle of your shower. The larger bathroom was nice! The porch was a nice feature and the living room was comfortable. The closet in my front room did not open so I could not hang my clothes. For the price we expected more!
