Positive: Location is very good since public transport is quite prompt and free of charge. A little noise from the street during the day but quiet most of the night. The appartment is cosy and roomy.

Negative: The sound isolation in the building betwen the flats is terrible. Thin walls and ridiculously angry neighbors. Parking is difficult to find.
