Positive: Location and facilities. We have stayed in this hotel before and this year services had improved, especially Dinara at the reception was particularly helpful and very hospitable. Food was great and common areas were clean.

Positive: The staff at the property were lovely, but the Marti team were exceptional. They had issues with sorting out our accommodation due to the large frequency of visitors at the time that I attended, and were more than happy to move us over to their sister hotel Marti Deluxe Resort. The whole time we were there they gave us exceptional service and the Assistant Manager Ahmet was outstanding. He made sure to let me know to ask him if I needed anything. As much as I didn’t want to be a burden, at times when I needed help, I went to him and he always solved my issues with a massive smile on his face and made me feel more than welcome. On my last day there, one of the saddest parts was saying goodbye to the amazing staff that we met there and I will most definitely be attending Marti again. Kudos to you Marti team! You really impressed me. :).

Positive: The room offered a stunning view, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The evening entertainment was of high quality, and the variety in the all-inclusive meals, which changed daily, kept things interesting. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Positive: Easy and nice access to the private beach with beautiful sea. A lot of services and activities in the hotel during the day and night. Great food at the restaurant and all inclusive services at all bars in the hotel.

Negative: Being a 4-star hotel one would expect high-level services as impeccable cleaning of rooms and full availability to accommodate guests' requests. Our room was not cleaned at all one day and the other days there was no towels nor sheets change unless specifically requested to the guest relations manager. We noticed that the fridge was not cooling water bottles and we were told by the reception that that was only a cool keeper not a refrigerator. However, after a technician passed by to look at it, it turned out it was cooling the bottles again. Very poor reception service as they did not answer the phone when we tried to call 4 times one afternoon when we were out of the hotel for a tour. Finally, we requested if the restaurant could stay open 10 minutes after closing time as we were running slightly late but we were told it was not possible. We were not even offered food to be stored for us. Finally, it's a shame that such a beautiful beach is ruined by hundreds of cigarettes and plastic in the sand which is never cleaned by personnel nor are the sunbeds.

Positive: It was good especially it has great location on the sea, I looks exactly the picture

Negative: The food was not as expected for the price, the no variety and most of the main dishes are not tasty Also we notice that most staff clothes are dirty. Finally, although it is all inclusive booking, but most of the drinks are not for free, only the basic ones..
