Summary: Excellent location next to Ladies Beach and its promenade. City center is reachable taking bus line 5. Very friendly staff, good facilities, peaceful terrace for breakfast and dinner, nice platform beach. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Looked newly refurbished. Very nice and comfy rooms. Evening meal needed a bit more attention but still tasty. Fantastic location, lots of amenities within minutes walk, beach right in front.

Summary: We had a nice stay at Marti beach. It was out of season so very quiet which we liked. The room had a beautiful panoramic view of the bay. The air con worked well to heat the room. The room was clean. The breakfast was a Turkish one and tasty. We thought the location was great. The hotel is a bit tired and the hallway carpets need replacing but for what we paid, we felt it was good value.

Summary: The hotel is nice and right on the beach and on Ladies Beach where there are a number of bars and restaurants. You can get a taxi or the local bus into the heart of Kusadasi from the other side of Ladies beach. The only dowside was the shower as the water was only warm and once cold and one of the shower heads when put on high pressure would turn to the wall. Other than that I could not fault the hotel.

Summary: The hotel is located perfectly right next to Ladys Beach. The rooms are spacious and clean but a little bit dated. The breakfast buffet is huge and offers a big variety.

Summary: It is a basic hotel in a great location, the hotel itself is ok, it needs improvement but the rooms are decent and clean, the beach and deck are great!! that is the only reason we stayed there, the breakfast it was very poor and lacking, consist mostly of cheese and greens, coffee was out of a dispenser machine, that was my least favorite part of the stay, the hotel is about 15-minute walk to the old town, its a scenic street and very enjoyable.

Summary: We had a lovely week away in the Marti Hotel. Breakfast is continental, eggs always good. Beach front sunbeds, listening to the sound of the sea was so relaxing. Rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels, toiletries, & bottles water in your fridge . Couldn't fault the staff , all very helpful. Had a lovely time.
