Negative: On arrival the reception told me they had given my room to someone else because they had complained about their room being too cold. They finally found me a room and told me id have to move the next day to another room which i refused as this wasnt my fault and i was up and out early as i was on another island at a wedding. Three times while i was at said wedding they rang me to ask why i haven't come to move rooms! After explaining over and over each time that i wasn't it was Really annoying when I'm trying to enjoy a family wedding. On check out they then asked again i was supposed to move and why didnt i

Positive: - big choice at the breakfast buffet - conveniently located. only minutes away from the ferry to the old town and fortress. - simple rooms

Negative: - price/quality: I paid almost 250 EUR for 1 night. and then i had a standard room, with view on the parking lot - as often in Sweden: rooms don't even have a coffee machine, which in a lot of other countries, even in cheap hotels, you have. - all the other extras: access to the Spa come an an extra cost

Negative: Staff is not much interested in providing service. They are more oriented that they have it easy. Examples: I’m alone at the reception so is it okej that you get a baby-crib tomorrow? Today the trolley for luggage is not available so carry you luggage by hand, of course we can’t help you. In the spa we came two persons but we were given only one towel with the explanation they have to save towels. In general a hotel that saves money and services on each and every corner. You want a espresso for breakfast you have to pay extra…
