Summary: Great house on marsh walk to beach this cottage was close to our family cottage owners willing to accommodate our dates of stay super nice and clean very light and updated with furnishings large eat in kitchen ,back deck overlooking mash picnic table very quite short walk to beach with beach chairs,and carry cart Didn’t want to leave to go back home

Summary: We had a really amazing time at this property. We rented both sides (North and South) for our families to spend a week together. We had the best of times and the walk to the beach was easy, 7 mins max. It is within a 8min drive to everything.

Summary: Everything we expected in a sea-side cottage! Comfortable but not-fussy furnishings made it easy for our family (mom, dad, two 10-year old boys) to enjoy our stay. The detail-oriented owners have thought of everything from a blowdryer to a lobster pot, a beach-trip buggy to beach chairs. Clean and airy. Would return in a blink! Thank you, Barbara!

Summary: Marshview is a comfortable home nicely located overlooking the marsh with fabulous sunsets and only a short walk away to a beautiful flat sandy beach. Our multigenerational family also took advantage of a plethora of amenities close by in Keenebunkport, Ogunquit and York.

Summary: A summer beach home without the hassle of owning it yourself! That is how I would describe every visit we make to this beautiful beach house each summer. Barbara makes sure each year she does something to add to what is already a perfect place to spend the week with your family. Sitting on the back deck looking out at the sunset is perfect but if you want the beach a short walk brings you to beautiful Moody Beach. If a rainy day hits the area no worries, you can comfortably sit and read in the comfortable living room or head out to the little shops or major outlets all within a short drive. if you want to cook (which I personally try not to do on vacation!! haha) the kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room. My only complaint is I can't stay the entire summer!

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this house for labor day this past summer with our three girls. It was more than enough space for us and we had a great time. The back deck looks out onto the marsh where you can see the most amazing sunsets. The house is located on a back block so there is not a lot of traffic so we could also sit on the front porch and watch our girls play on the front lawn or ride their bikes in the street. It is a very short walk to the beach and the beach is amazing! If we weren't at the beach or the house we were out and about the town at one of the many great restaurants on Rt. 1 or shopping in the little shops in Ogunquit. We'll definitely be returning to this house in future summers.
