Summary: If u a backpacker it's ok to stay for the price. Saw few cockroaches and other bugs near the bed and bathroom. There is no fridge in the room but it ok I guess aircon works great and has nice swimming pool. The bed was comfortable in every way and nice and quiet area not much noise

Summary: The staff were very friendly and efficient. We asked for non smoking and were put in a smoking room, quite unpleasant and the smell remained for our entire stay. The room was not very soundproof so we could hear other guests at the swimming pool and outside our room. Buffet breakfast was a choice of rice, meat dish and green vege dish,which was a bit disappointing. On our last day we were given breakfast from a menu which was really nice. The hotel is very clean and modern but still needs to add a few extras. The bar only stocked beer(Bintang) and soft drinks, only 1 pillow each on the bed and no soap dish near the sink. The shower was not very hot in the morning but fine if used in the evening. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you to either Sanur beach(10 minutes) or Galleria shopping centre (15-20 minutes). There are a few roadside eateries close to the hotel but we didn't try these
