Summary: Everything was FABULOUS. Beds comfy, pillows glorious, rooms very clean and lovely! We had breakfast annd dinner in the restaurant in the lobby twice. The food and service was excellent. Only complaint is front desk agent that checked us in for not explain that the room key opened and closed the parking lot gate. I couldn’t figure out how to open it and paid the $14 fee twice with a credit card at the gate only to find out I was also charged for the parking on my bill. When I checked out, the front desk did credit me for the error.

Summary: Unfortunately we learn at check in that the hotel overbooked. There was no 2 queens available and had to settle for a king bed with a rollaway bed. Our family of four was very crowded.

Summary: On checking in, I requested the counter guy if he can obtain my Bonvoy number since I lost it. He claimed that it would required manager approval and might take couple of days. On checking out, I asked the counter guy if my Bonvoy number has been found. He said no, but was helpful enough to locate it and send it to me through email just couple hours later.

Summary: I have stayed here before & loved the decor, amenities & overall closeness to many good restaurants & bars nearby- this time there was a Quinceañera going on all night at the property- there were underaged kids running up & down the halls of my floor from 9pm-about 11:45pm- they were using a room across the hall from me as a party room, coming back and forth from the party multiple times, blasting music & spilling out onto the hall being super loud- I waited till after 10pm to call the front desk lobby as I could also see there was a woman across from me who kept coming out also with her small child who was probably trying to sleep- Front desk agent was so short with me & told me there was a party-kind of like just deal w/ it. I told him I was aware & understood, but there was a lot of commotion and underaged kids using the room to drink & be super loud, he said security would go up & check it out. Security showed up probably 20 min later- verbatim told them that he didn't care what they do, they just need to keep it down because fellow hotel guests are complaining- when the kids left back down to the party one of them flipped off the hotel guests doors - it was poorly managed in my opinion. The party should stay downstairs & if people come back to their room they should be mindful of other guests esp so late- & front desk staff should be more apologetic w/ the complaints & not like we were the ones hassling them. The noise finally died down around midnight- I got no sleep-

Summary: We found out later in the day of our arrival we were given a room that was out of inventory. The room was incomplete. There was suppose to be a lounge chair and there was none.
