Summary: The only problem is that no one cleaned our room after the first day. I even gave a tip to a cleaning person but she said she would get it to the person assigned. They returned the tip on the counter but didn’t clean the room

Summary: Lack of communication and response was the true downfall. After missing the cleaning I stopped by and requested cleaning at the front desk. It never happened. No one showed up. It’s unfortunate because we were planning future stays in san Ramon. We’ll look for other hotels, even if it’s a little far. Staff can use additional training.

Summary: I was here for a wedding at this hotel. Overall, the property is newly renovated and finished well. However, their hospitality suite is on a regular floor with other rooms, and actually right next to a bedroom - the perfect recipe for noise complaints and a ruined night for everyone. Additionally, housekeeping knocks on your door at all hours of the day - I was awoken from an afternoon nap, and in the morning.
