Positive: We had to stay there on Easter unexpectedly and my kids were thrilled to see the Easter Bunny, I was so happy they even got an egg hunt. Your staff is amazing and we all loved our time staying there. There is so much stuff to do and I loved having the shuttle to the Lionshead to ski for the day.
Negative: Well, when I went to check out, they ran my card again and said it was declined, even though I purchased the room online before I showed up. Then I provided another form of payment, and was charged on that card too, so right now I have two pending charges for the same room/night for $460 on my credit card and $454.14 on my debit card. I am not sure how to get this fixed so that brought me here.
