Summary: Great property location in Sea Pines HHI. They are in the process of needed remodeling project and will be excellent when completed.

Summary: King size bed was very uncomfortable and sloped from center to edge of bed. Shower had terrible water pressure. Grounds were beautiful. Great location

Summary: The villa was very clean and well kept. Plenty of supplies and lots of storage. However, my issues pertain to communication and construction. Construction was underway in the parking lot severely limiting parking options. I would also mention that the lots are narrow so proceed with caution. The fire alarm went off one afternoon while I was napping. After exiting, a construction worker told us it was a "test only" alarm. This is a time share or owners property. We were called multiple times to take advantage of a special deal and take the tour. We asked to discontinue these calls as we had just returned from a funeral and needed to rest. The calls are annoying and would prevent me from using this property again.
