Positive: We have lost count how many times we have stayed at Marni's. Everything is perfect, clean, comfortable, fabulous location for the fells, woodland walks, lakes and the beaches. The garden is enclosed for the dogs which is a huge bonus. It really is a 'home from home' with everything you need being provided. Thank-you again for a fabulous stay.

Positive: Easy access to keys, parking right outside property. Local shops were a 5 minute drive aswell as petrol station, bigger shops like Tesco were 15 minute drive. Garden enclosed for dogs, toys and blankets available for them aswell. Beautiful layout, heating is timer so was lovely and warm when we arrived in the rain. Ordered local food from JJ house was lovely cash is required, host was very accommodating even had a bottle bubbly on arrival. Need part was the cupboard full of family games, spent whole weekend with no phones no tv just family time exactly what I needed. Will be back next year.

Positive: Brilliantly clean and really well arranged property. Gives a feeling of refreshed decor. Most things were found at the right place. Loads of kitchen ware, games, books, etc. Very clear instructions and responsive host.
