Positive: the bed was very comfy and the room was very nice, and it was in a small little town next to the water and lots of outdoor restaurants.

Negative: our first night was not so good because the air conditioning wasn’t working but alexandra came the next day and kindly let us change rooms, making our stay much better.

Positive: The host was always friendly and willing to help.

Negative: Was not very clean at some parts, and some amenities were old. Nevertheless, the bed and balcony was great and the location was wonderful.

Negative: We booked at this accommodation because it had a high rating, however when we complained to the host she said we had booked the economy room (ratings should differentiate between the luxury and standard rooms). There was no coffee machine as advertised, no sachets of coffee, milk and sugar. No cutlery - we had to ask for a teaspoon. No water jug or bottle and no glasses. There was a soap dispenser in the bathroom but not shower soap, shampoo etc.

Summary: We were disappointed in the amenities in the accommodation not provided. Location excellent.
