We provide you with a completely stocked kitchen, linens, towels, entertainment center, pool/ping pong tables, games, air hockey, beach cruisers, two third floor decks, and much more ... you provide the sandals and shorts. Now, prepare yourself for a great beach experience!!!
This is a couples and family friendly property.
Please: No Smoking, No Pets, No parties or weddings.

After 23 yrs. in the restaurant business, you can rest assured Joyce and I have provided you with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils and storage to prepare a feast for a crowd!

Summary: This house was perfect in all ways for us! It was close to the Channel Islands ferries over to the National Park. We went to Santa Cruz Island one day and Anacapa Island another day. Beach is so close, many seals to watch and enjoy! Kitchen was great, fixed our own meals several days. Jessica the host was great and very helpful! We enjoyed every minute!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone had a blast with the game room. Easy walking distance to the beach and tons of beach items provided. The neighborhood was pretty quiet too. Fully stocked kitchen. Jessica was always very responsive!

Summary: The week after the hottest week of the summer, we arrived at the beach house for the coldest week of the summer. And it was awesome because tho it was cold and windy outside, there was plenty to do inside. Ping pong, pool, fuzz ball, and lots of games. And if you just wanted to curl up with a book in front of the fire place you could do that too. E has a wonder till time. E are grateful for your home.

Summary: A really great cozy place. Very clean and taken care of. Located in a nice beach community. Not crowded at all which was perfect for us. Highly recommend if you want to find a nice beach away from the crowds and a nice comfortable home to stay in.
