Positive: Excellent location with top restaurants and bars just outside the apartment. Spacious particularly living room and kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen.

Negative: There was no clothes dryer (or we couldn’t find it) which is likely an issue for longer stays, particularly in winter time. Also, access to taxis is difficult - we walked about 20 minutes to the train station with our bags.

Summary: Overall excellent choice with easy access to the best restaurants in San Sebastián.

Positive: Great location right in the heart of the old town. Lots of space in the apartment especially the living area. Clean and tidy, and very good value for money. Would recommend and will definitely be back.

Negative: No real issues, but of morning noise but in the heart of a city, is to be expected. Can’t fault it.

Positive: The property is in an amazing spot in the old town. This did make for a couple of noisy mornings but it was all part of the stay. Well equipped, spacious and beautiful decor. I would definitely recommend and return to the property

Negative: The lighting in the bedrooms is gorgeous but not practical, would benefit from a couple of smaller lamps rather than the really strong lighting. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have no external light so can feel very dark.

Positive: Great location in old town although the front bedroom was facing the bars it did use to get a bit noisy but didn’t bother us to much

Negative: Clean and had everything from coffee maker to dishwasher very spacious
