Summary: The WiFi in the room was very weak and not useful. We had no hot water at 8:30am on a Saturday. Fireplace room was nicely appointed but stay was disappointing.

Summary: There is not a gym on site. The photos made it look like there was. It’s a half a mile away they do give you a pass to go to the gold gym. The beds were hard, so good for some. The hot tub was great

Summary: The hotel was in a convenient spot being close to the freeway, a shopping center, and a few miles away from Cannery Row. The room is self could use A LOT of upgrades. The sink was so rusty and moldy looking. The doorway for the bathroom was stained with God knows what, pretty yucky. Let’s not forget the “continental breakfast” that was provided. I’m sorry but a sit down breakfast that was not it. It was pretty sad to be honest. Ice machine was only on the second floor which is not fair to be honest. One last pro, the hotel is right next to a busy street, but the room was surprisingly soundproof. Would we stay there again, plain and simple, no!

Summary: Hotel was nice and clean. It is an older hotel and there was definitely some wear and tear. The shower and toilet area could use an update and maybe a little extra cleaning. The pool area was nice. The hot tub heat weren’t working at the time but the water was still very warm and was relaxing. Overall a very nice stay.

Summary: The room was very clean although could have used a new and better coffee maker. Bathroom could use a little attention even though it was very clean and well supplied.

Summary: We had the lovely room with the fireplace. Really cozy & it even had a private garden but we couldn't use it as it was rainy & quite cold. Overall good stay
