Positive: We loved the location of the lodge. It was spacious and the beds were really comfortable.

Negative: The decking was very scruffy & we had to give it a good brush before using. The bathroom really needs a shower in it as we had 5 adults staying & we all wanted showers at the same time but had to use the shower in the en suite. Only provided one bin bag for large kitchen bin & couldn’t find bags big enough to go in it.

Positive: The location was fabulous for getting out and exploring and the grounds surrounding the lodge were well maintained. We found the lodge to be really clean and well presented with nice fluffy towels and lovely bedding with really comfortable beds. The size of the bedrooms impressed us compared with other lodges we have stayed in, so overall we would recommend this lodge to others.

Negative: The patio furniture could do with being replaced as it has gone green and rusty from being left uncovered outside and doesn’t reflect the high standard of the interior of the lodge.

Summary: We had a fabulous time at this property with our three dogs.
