To the rear, the secure garden offers a peaceful outdoor space for children to play or adults to sit out with a drink, along with a charming summer house for quieter moments. From Mariners, you can wander to the beach in minutes, join the Fife Coastal Path, or head for nearby Elie’s tennis and golf facilities, with St Andrews and the wider East Neuk within easy driving distance.
