Positive: Enjoyed that all3 occupants had their own bathroom. Loved the bright airiness of the space & the expansive views.

Negative: Needed outdoor salt for slippery steps. Maybe a good idea to have a bag of this &car scraper in the pantry for future reference.

Summary: Welcomed by the Christmas tree and option of easy-start fireplace. Easily operated features. Clean.

Positive: The view and quietness was beautiful, a lovely home with breathtaking views to idle the hours away and for the more active lots to do nearby to keep you entertained for a long weekend and a nice walk down to the beach with friendly neighbours. The home has more-or-less everything you need for a comfortable stress free getaway! Avantstay were there when needed and hands off to make sure you're enjoying your time away. Regardless of my "Didn't Like" comments, I highly recommend this place.

Negative: Not really catered for 6 people, seeing as there's only one two-seater sofa, and a few uncomfortable chairs. It impacted how the group relaxed in the main room, and by that, we couldn't just sit there and enjoy the view and time together, really needs a rearrange or additional sofa in there. Beds and pillows could do with a refresh too. BBQ should really be on the balcony looking over the view too.
