Summary: Super quiet neighborhood and very clean. Well appointed and had everything you needed. Plenty of parking. Didn't get to spend too much time on the porch but it was a nice, private and cozy area. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay, extremely clean and had all essentials (comparable to hotel provided items). The location was close to both Southport and Oak Island, offering variois activities to do in the area. Will definitely return in the future!

Summary: wonderful 3rd floor condo (stairs only) that was spotless and had many nice touches like free treats, very private patio (Screened backed up to woods); close proximity to many pools and about 15 mins from the beach. Me and my 3 girlfriends enjoyed the place very much...had fully stocked kitchen and host was readily available to answer questions. nicer than shown on pictures - and tons of towels, pantry items and stuff to feel home away from home while still maintaining the vacation vibe. The St James plantation was packed with amenities - wish we had more time to enjoy. Most notably, there is an app with all the amenities that is worth studying before arrival to plan your time there. Will be back.
