Negative: The view from the window was of an industrial parking lot, and in the morning at 8 AM there was loud glass trash collection. The staff came across as unfriendly and snobbish.

Positive: I am a single mum so most of my trips will be with my under 7 children . I liked the fact that we could go to the beach since they couldn’t use the pool area. It is one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in the first place.

Negative: No pool access for children. Beach can’t be used during the winter .

Summary: Perfect way to start our summer and expose my children to self care🥰

Positive: staff was awesome. they asked how come we made such a quick/impulse booking and when they found out about previous negative experience we were treated extra well. big kudos to them!!! breakfast was awesome, a bit crowded but super nice view from the restaurant. lounge area was great too with bonfire, board games, table tennis, pool etc. we even got 2 free drinks tickets since we were asked to wait for a couple of minutes. overall, great value for the money! we found free parking spots, although it was quiet crowded. we did not have time or interest in trying out other facilities such as pools etc. but at least could see there were plenty to choose from.

Negative: everything was great!
