Positive: Location was excellent right next to the Marienlyst hotel. Apartment was very clean and accessible.
Negative: Having to pay an additional fee cash for linen and towels was inconvenient as no one wants to rent a room for the night without towels and linen! The inside of the communal areas had strange covers over the carpet not sure why!

Positive: Excellent flat, comfortable beds and well layout/stocked kitchen utencials. Welcome instructions. Easy and close car parking.
Negative: Welcome instructions shows "Marienlyst Palace". Suggestion: Welcome instructions should read "Entrance door marked "Marienlyst Palæ" + Door number "2F". "Palæ" in Danish with correct translation is "Mansion" and not Palace.

Positive: Great environment, close to the castle and the centre of the city. Had some turbulences getting the code, but nothing big. Funny rather. We had a nice stay.

Negative: TVs did not work. Hair dryer did not work Door onto the veranda from the dining room did not open. Poor lighting in the dining area.
Summary: Location was excellent. Was easy to get into town. Hotel next door shared their facilities with us.
