Positive: I was pleased to find this place as there aren't a lot of hotel options in this area outside of resorts. The rooms are modern and clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. My room had a recent model Panasonic mini-split AC with remote control, which worked great and was so quiet you could hardly tell when it was running. Staff are friendly and accommodating. You can message the owners any time and they will respond right away. The location is very convenient, steps away from a convenience store and within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants, cafes, spas, street food, dive shops, laundromats, and everything else. There is even a pretty good Thai restaurant on the premises. The included breakfast was very yummy and they will serve it at the time of your choosing starting at 7:00. There is a koi pond that projects a waterfall/rain sound into the rooms, very soothing at night.

Negative: Because of how the building is designed, there isn't much natural light in the rooms. There is some noise from the restaurant until it closes at 8PM. (Although much of it was the ladies on staff singing while they worked, which I found endearing, and actually makes me miss the place.) Also, the only lounging areas are the restaurant dining room (with A/C) or two little plastic chairs next to the koi pond.

Positive: Modern and clean, gated at night, very quiet and sheltered from heavy rain.

Negative: Noise from construction next door, grinding of some type
