Positive: Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, clean and service everyday for new towels, they are able to help with transportation if needed.

Negative: Or first room the ac went out, but they moved us and it worked great. Another positive ✨️

Positive: The hotel was beautifully clean and the staff worked hard to keep it this way. We stayed for 4 nights but it appears the hotel is used a lot for over night stays for flights. We used it for my Husband to dive with Sidive Centre, approx 10/15 min walk to Harbour. Very helpful staff sorted taxi for pick up from previous hotel. We had Rocky who was so helpful with nearly all our journeys, even a city tour.. We did not have breakfast included but paid 300peso each for a breakfast one morning, wouldn't bother, very very limited choice. We found a lovely restaurant 6min walk 🚶‍♂️to the left of the hotel opposite an eleven 7 Norobi grill, very nice staff and food and.price the best. Swimming pool and bar lively with the staff singing Please be aware of all the hotel rules as this spoilt the last bit for us. Only hsve Small WHITE hand towels to dry with and ours were not changed just taken if you left them on the floor which were then not replaced. We stayed 4 nights not 1 !!

Negative: On checkout at 5am in the morning after we had asked if we could settle our bill the night before due to it being early. We were presented with a add on off 2, 200 pesos for a soiled towel plus a picture of a stain on the quilt. We asked for evidence of this and shown a photo. Disputed this as we had definitely kept the room as clean as possible as had also stayed 4 nights, with towels and bedding not changed.. So please beware of this problem which was very upsetting , we refused unless they could show us it , obviously nothing except photo. Please if you wish to do this to people you should show them plus Why were we only informed on check out. We totally disputed this. Please beaware only excepts cash.no credit card payments That spoilt our other than this wonderful experience of Mactan and Casa Blu.

Summary: Great but be aware of all hotel rules. Never stayed anywhere with such expectation of guests.
