Positive: If you would like to disconnect and recharge, do not look further! This is the place. The host is amazing and very helpful.The nature is stunning and the view from the balcony is simply inspiring to say the least. It is situated conveniently that allows you to explore the area nearby, though a car is a must. Overall, it was an amazing summer break!

Positive: Everything was perfect. The location, the house, and our room with a sea view. It was very clean and they changed the sheets every day. The owner was really kind, and the food was amazing .

Positive: If you want to escape Planet Earth and the 21-st century, with your kids, or partner, or alone -- Marianna Studios at Kriaritsi Beach is your place. The relative remoteness (yet at just 10 minutes from the main road) and the 1 km (out of 4 km) of unpaved but very smooth and easy road will keep the crowd away. Once you get out of the main road, the fun labyrinth of small roads is easy to navigate with a GPS and there are signs also. This maze only adds to the feeling of an escape. So the only thing you will hear from your window at night will be the waves 100 meters away and an occasional animal sound from the few farms in the valley. The silence is deafening. The whole studio, kitchen, and bathroom were super clean, and a lady cleans the studios daily. The family who owns Marianna Studios (Dimitri and Aristoteles) will secure freshly caught fish whenever you request it and their mother will cook it (or any Greek dish you request) in the adjoining tavern. The tavern itself is right in front of the building and in the yard, but is not noisy as the guests are families, the music is very quiet, and it closes at 10 in the evening. The fenced yard is huge and has swings and slides, so you can let the kids free. The beach is 100 meters away, is barely populated, yet it has enough high vista cafes, a camping site at the far end, and a romantic view towards Mount Athos and a few small islands. A beach of your own, essentially. The sand is quite good and there are enough sun beds and umbrellas. Just WATCH THE KIDS as the SEA BOTTOM is QUITE STEEP !!! You can spend a week at Marianna's in KRIARITSI and not need to go anywhere else. Need variety? Go to KALAMITSI Beach for a day -- 4 km back to the main road, then 3 km South. Much food (eat at Zorba's) and fun (boats) there. Take an umbrella at the very North end -- the sea is super smooth. Super fine sand and SMOOTH SEA BOTTOM for KIDS. Would go to Marianna Studios at KRIARITSI again any Sunday :) Thanks, guys!

Positive: Strongly suggested for a secluded and peaceful vacation. The area offers an amazing beach, a beach bar, a restaurant, and a small market place in the nearby camping spot. Cleaning services in the Marianna Studios were top notch and staff was pleasant. Overall, a very nice 1-week family vacation.
Negative: Our room was expanding in 2-levels and it wasn't ideal with our 5 year old child. But this might as well be my fault for not checking it when I booked the place. There were some nudists freely camping in the far left corner of the beach area, probably reminiscent of the 80's-90's area's glory, which is kind of out of place now in 2024. You can easily avoid them though, so not an issue.

Positive: Accommodation in a beautiful natural environment, surrounded by the most beautiful beaches. Extremely friendly and kind hosts, delicious food and affordable prices in the tavern, hygiene at a high level… peace, nature and the sound of waves...Kriaritsi beach is few steps away, beautiful Klimataria beach is 10 minutes drive away, Tigania beach too, Sykia 20 minutes and Sarti 25-30minutes drive away. The road to the accommodation is a bit challenging, partly asphalted and partly not, but it is wide and safe and you just need to follow the road signs, everything is marked and we arrived at our destination without any difficulties.
Negative: The only thing I can mention as a disadvantage is that the sound insulation is very bad, so you can hear a lot between the rooms, which can bother people who are sensitive to noise, if the neighbors are loud, which usually doesn't last too long because this place is visited by people who want peace and quiet during vacation.
