Positive: We had a pleasant stay in this clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable apartment. Parking was always available right in front of the house, which was convenient. The location is great, situated between Sithonia and Kassandra, making it easy to explore a wide range of beaches. The hosts were kind and regularly shared different products, including from their garden with us, which we appreciated. It was also very helpful that we could take beach umbrellas whenever needed.

Negative: A few small suggestions to improve the experience: adding more sockets for electrical devices, providing a washing machine or laundry option, ensuring towels for all guests (including children), and adjusting the map location for easier navigation. Silencing the doors would also improve comfort, as they sometimes closed a bit loudly. Our hosts seemed a little too worried about children in the apartment. We had no incidents during our stay and felt everything went smoothly, so families with kids should feel welcome here, too.

Positive: The hosts are nice people and hospitable. The location is very well positioned to visit most of Kassandra, Sithonia and Athos beaches... We have appreciated the local landscapes seen in the daily short or long trips to chosen beaches.

Positive: Very nice and cozy apartment with a beautiful view of the Vatopedi hills, a very quiet area to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast, and even better in the evening to watch the sunset. Very quiet and peaceful at night. We had some friendly cats that would join us on the terrace in the afternoon. Local stores nearby to purchase everything you need for your stay. From there, you have many beaches to visit but it is recommended to have a car. The location was very clean, and safe to park your car inside.

Negative: The only down point is that the closest beach is about 30 min on foot, this is why it is highly recommended to have a car to travel daily to different beaches.

Summary: Overall a very pleasant accommodation at a good price with more than friendly hosts! Loved it!

Positive: We enjoyed our stay here very much! We felt like at home, very clean and comfortable. For me it is very important that we could have a good nights sleep, away from the bussy streets and tourists. The house is placed in a nice and peaceful village and you can feel the owners' hospitability, just as you would if you are visiting your family. We didn't see them much, just to bring us small gifts, some food, eggs from their chickens... It was all very toughtful. We got asked if we needed linen and towels changing too. It is a fantastic value for money, and if you are a person who cares aboot how smth feels instead of extravaganza, this is the perfect place!

Negative: We have no negative experiences and comments. We didn't have a problem with turning off the AC when we go out, as the house stays cold due to the tick walls, shades on terrace doors, and great positioning (there is shade on the terrace whole day).
