Positive: Self check in and check out which was very convenient for us since we arrived very late and very early check out. Nice small cosy apartment with beautiful patio. One most important feature of the property was that the car was parked behind a gate which only we had access to and no one else. Very helpful people and staff. They left us water some breakfast for the morning and snacks too. Which was very sweet. Whenever we needed something we just messaged the person in charge and he replied straight away. Very quiet area with minimal street noises.

Negative: The streets are very dirty, garbage everywhere but it has nothing to do with the property. I noticed that Sicily in general is like that..

Positive: Nice appartment about 25 minutes away from Catania centre. We preferred with our family not to stay in the city. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good starting place to explore Syracuse, Etna etc.

Negative: It is a bit far from shops, restaurants etc so you definitely need a car. The holiday home is located near the beach. You can walk there and in summer there is one beach club; the water is very clean but there is a lot of plastic waste dumped on or near the beach
