Positive: The house itself was nice, it was clean tidy and well equipped. The location was good and nearby the centre.

Negative: Communication was difficult, we didn’t receive check in details until after check in time and only after I called several times on multiple numbers. We were told the message had been sent but it arrived the day after, presumably an automated email. Whilst the house was fine when we were in, it added unnecessary stress having to chase to get the code to gain access when we had plans. Additionally we have paid the pre- authorised £200 deposit but this is still unavailable in my account so having to wait for the refund which is inconvenient. I’ve never had to pay a deposit before so seems unnecessary but understand some properties do so.

Summary: Lovely house but difficult check in.

Positive: Great 3 bed property, clean and welcoming. We were in town for a concert, so only a 15 min walk to the Motorpoint arena which was perfect! Host was very prompt with messages

Positive: Good location & clean property. Ideal for 5 people.

Negative: One of the bedside lights in main bedroom didn’t work. Wrong access code provided but did respond with the correct code. Was a bit anxiety provoking when it was a Sunday evening!
