This is completely furnished and well outfitted home in the heart of Alta Mesa. It sits directly on the golf course with access through the back fence for walking along the course and enjoying our amazing Arizona weather.
The pool is generous in size and built to accommodate both lounging and lap swimmers.
You can select one of the three well appointed bedrooms stocked with new high end bed linens and quality furnishings. If you need additional sleeping accommodations, we have sleeper sofa in the den. The den is outfitted with it's own television and X-box gaming system and assortment of games to keep the kids busy during your stay.
The house is set up with WiFi and Roku streaming sticks to access your favorite movies, tv and news content. You will find all the essentials to make you feel right at home. Summary: The house and location are great. We enjoyed being able to go out onto the golf course in the evenings and throw a football or go on a walk. The house is comfortable and in great shape. Our issues were with the host and her lack of communication (similar to one of the other reviews I read). We were charged a pool heating fee and were expecting a heated pool when we arrived in early April. Unfortunately, the pool was very cold and the kids were not able to swim in it. I messaged Liz and asked her if the heat was on. She replied and said that it should be, but that she could come by and check. She never came by, and that was the last time that she replied to one of my messages during our stay. We searched around and found the heater. It was off, so we turned it on. By the next day, it still wasn’t warm enough to swim in. The following day, we went to a baseball game and were gone most of the day. When we came home in the afternoon, we were surprised to see that someone had stopped by and the pool was being drained! I immediately unplugged the pump and called Liz. She did answer the phone and said that there was a miscommunication and they weren’t supposed to drain the pool (later, I talked to the pool guy, who said that she didn’t inform them that there was a guest in the house that week). When the pool guy started draining the pool, he turned off the pump and heater. We were able to fill the pool back up with water from the hose, which was cold, but we didn’t know how to turn the pump back on. The heater won’t run without the pump. I called Liz multiple times the rest of the week and she didn’t answer. I sent Liz multiple messages through the VRBO app and she didn’t respond. So, we went the whole week without being able to use the pool, one of the main reasons we booked this house. After our stay, I sent Liz a message through the app to inquire about a refund of our pool heating fee. That message went unanswered. I subsequently left multiple voicemails and additional messages for the next week and she didn’t answer or respond to those, either. I finally sent Liz a message to let her know that I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and to inform her that she would be responsible for fees, as well as the refund. That did the trick and she finally replied. I don’t believe she ever would have, otherwise. I would not recommend staying with this host.

Summary: Everything you may need. Bonus pool and beautiful yard. Great view, quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect to visit many different areas of Phoenix region.

Summary: We had a group of friends that stayed for a long weekend and the place was perfect for us! The pool helped keep us cool and was great to be able to cook, play games and watch football! Thank you for a great space to stay and look forward to coming again next year!

Summary: We were in town for a family member’s memorial service and this house was just what we needed. Everyone was able to be comfortable and relax before heading to the service. The house well-equipped with everything we needed and very clean. We can’t wait to come back to AZ and stay again!

Summary: The home was spacious and complete with everything for a comfortable 3 month stay. We enjoyed the pool as well. The property manager was the best!!! So sweet and nice. Great communication and everything was easy from start to finish.

Summary: I kind of hate to write this review because I don't want this propery to become so popular that we can't get another reservation, lol. Anyway, on to my review! This was a beautiful property locatedi in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.. There were some small dogs next door, but they were kept inside most of the time and when they were out they were being "shshsh'd" by their owners and were pretty obedient. We were so pleased walking in (no problems with the access code) and seeing how much space the house had. The beds are truly amazing! Layers of good quality linens including cotton sheets and down comforters, we were so cozy at night! Bath towels are adequate size and plentiful. The pool area is fantastic and the pool is clean and well-maintained. There are always spots outside to be either in the shade or in the sun and that worked well for our family. There were noodles and some other pool toys available for use and also good quality beach/pool towels. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. And there were also quite a few seasonings, olive and canola oil, tea, and other items that have accumulated as various visitors have passed through. It was nice not to have to purchase every essential. We stayed in January so the only thing we needed was occasional heat inside and the house warmed up quickly. We also appreciated being able to have a garage door opener and having space in the garage to park our vehicle! Liz was great to work with and was quick to respond to my questions. We will be back!
