Summary: The whole experience is exceptional. The variety of food and drink is amazing. The staff look after everything and you're never waiting too long for service. The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are luxurious. We had the Junior Suite with a panoramic view which had an incredible view. We'd be back again in a heartbeat.

Summary: The resort was lovely but not enough buggy’s to help people like myself who struggles with arthritis or for others who may have disabilities and can’t walk up the steep hills . Also the staff on the majority were lovely but there were a few who could not be bothered. And the hotel is lovely but attention to details like dead orchids in the common areas let the 5 * rating down With all of the above said I would still recommend the resort because me and my family had a lovely time

Summary: We booked two one-bedroom bungalows with private pools (rooms 500 and 503) for a family celebration. Sadly, room 500 was a huge disappointment — the pool was so small it was unusable, and it was filthy on arrival. Within the first hour of check-in I was chasing reception, calling maintenance (who left muddy footprints in the room), and writing emails instead of relaxing. We never once used the pool, despite paying a premium for it. Communication from the front office was poor, with no follow-up from the manager despite repeated complaints. While a few gestures were eventually offered (dinner, massage, transfer), they did not make up for the fact that we paid for a service we couldn’t use. That said, some staff were outstanding: Niki at Kuzina (breakfast), Mo at the main pool, Ionna at Guest Relations, Mark at the water park, and Alexander, who finally helped resolve part of the issue. Their excellent service was the highlight of our stay. Overall, it’s a real shame, great staff in some areas, but a very disappointing experience with the accommodation and management response.
