Positive: In over-priced Livingstone, this lodge is reasonably good value for money: comfortable, close to Zambezi, well staffed, great boat trip.

Negative: Helicopter noise! We were almost the only guests, which meant that the boat trip was expensive.

Negative: Holes in mosquito net and tent.No milk in tent have to pay for milk for tea .no electric blankets as stated . Freezing cold at night and aircon causes sinus problems if left on all night.Have returned to jhb with bed bug bites. Zips on tents very difficult to move from rust. Breakfast no 5 roses and staff not interested I going to pool area to get. Manager stepped in and got for us. Found food very disappointing. My last meal was over cooked snichel.Dry dry

Positive: Such a beautiful hotel with a fantastic, attentive staff and a perfect location. From the cafe we could see hippos and crocodiles while elephants and different monkeys were around! I stayed in the chalet and loved it: clean and comfortable. It ws a great experience!

Negative: My only issue was the breakfast. Considering the price and location, I would expect a much more plentiful breakfast, more fruits, more options and brewed coffee included. The pool could also be warmed a bit.

Negative: The room was too expensive. Certainly not worth it. Was told it was an Executive Chalet. Nearly everything in the room was substandard for the price of $185! The food was not great either

Positive: Location is fantastic and we were very impressed with the "Tents", much more than what we were expecting. And the staff were very helpful and courteous.
