There are two guest suites on the lower level, each with a private bathroom. The lower level is also where you'll find the designated 'Game Room' and the Garage Game Room, perfect for children and adults. Both rooms have a pool table, ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, and a 60" TV on the wall. The covered terrace is accessible from this level and features a gas grill, outdoor fire pit, kids' playground/treehouse, and hot tub spa.
