Summary: We were only here one night and we checked in late. We were not happy to hear there was no onsite parking available. However, friendly staff and easy late check out options made up for it.

Summary: Extremely nice staff. Location awesome, just a block away from train station. Room small by western standards, but perfect for me. I'll definitely stay there again.

Summary: The staff was consistently helpful and friendly! Also, don't worry about the language barrier; they have interpretation devices handy when needed. Anything you need, just ask. I would definitely stay there again. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. The location was wonderful. The train station is just around the corner as well as a mini mart and walkable restaurants. Great price. Lovely staff.

Summary: It’s a little far from Makuhari Messe, so I took a taxi there during Tokyo Game Show. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. Overall great stay, would recommend.
