Positive: Overall place looked cleane. Our apartment was spacious enough and home was short walking distance to main street,stores and beaches.

Negative: Air conditioners in the bedrooms were running loudly and semi cold ,Bathroom was small and we encountered large gugs in bathroom and kitchen era durimg second day stay in another apartment on second floore.Wi- fi was not consistent.

Positive: Overall experience, yung rooms super maayos and malinis. May mga basic toiletries dn po like shower gel and shampoo and towels. Thank you din po sa libreng check out time kahit na nag early in po ako. Sulit ang stay po dito, will recommend to my friend if ever they will come to Mabini. Will choose to stay here again pag bumalik po ulit sa Mabini. Thank you very much po.

Positive: The apartment has enough facilities for a few nights and it was clean. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Phone contact was smooth. They allowed us to park inside (only 1 space available) which was highly appreciated. Only the room has AC which is fine but as usual in the Philippines, it is very noisy.

Negative: Overall, it is overpriced. For the area, the apartment itself with its amenities and all, it should have been a bit cheaper, but there is a lack of touristic accommodations in the area.

Summary: Comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay, but overpriced.

Positive: Breakfast was delicious!. Smart TV for Netflix. We could cook something simple in the kitchen. There was enough cutlery. And even some salt, pepper, and oil. The apartment was small but had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Staff is so nice and very helpful. They assisted us when we came in a taxi from Manila that we did not trust. And arrange a tricycle for a fair price when we leave.

Negative: In the beginning, there were problems with the Internet. There is supposed to be a sea view, but it is just a little gimp if you stand at the window. Balcony is more like a service space. So not inviting to sit.
