Summary: It was a pleasant experience for us as a family. They greeted as well. Had our morning Indian tea from them. They took care of us very nicely. They were very cordial. I highly recommend if you are looking for a accomodations in Mansfield area please do visit them.

Summary: It was a satisfactory experience, but based on the price was not expecting a 5 star motel. However the new owner seems to be doing all in his power to upgrade the facility, and that does take time. I will say the check in and checkout processes were as easy as pie, and the room was as clean as any other 3 or 4 star hotel/motel we have stayed at in the past. And considering it was Charles Dickens Day in Wellsboro, it was a bargain and acceptable.
