Positive: We felt truly welcomed by the staff, and the atmosphere of the hotel was very cozy. Its location in the heart of the city was perfect. Everything was spotless, and the spa area was both beautiful and well-equipped, you can even enjoy a cocktail while relaxing in the pool or the jacuzzi. Fresh towels were provided daily, and even when we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, the staff thoughtfully left them in a neat bag at our door.

Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was that the room could really use air conditioning, as it gets quite hot during the summer days.

Summary: Wonderful stay with welcoming staff, a perfect location, and great facilities.

Positive: The location was fantastic and only a short walk to the main gondola. Good breakfast selection, spacious rooms, lovely spa area and the outdoor pool had incredible views.

Negative: We were unable to control the heat in our room and found it far too hot.
