Mangrove Cove is the best of Florida; a secluded, natural location with direct Lemon Bay waterfront, and access to a private Gulf Beach directly across the street. Nearby is the charm of Englewood, and the sophisticated attractions of Sarasota. Both units of this fully updated duplex exude Old Florida charm. The one acre setting is green, leafy and cool. There are kayaks for a paddle on Lemon Bay. Maybe the dolphins will join you! The private Gulf beach, to which guests have full access, is directly across the street.

Each unit of the duplex is 1 bed, 1 bath, with kitchen and lanai. Rent separately or together with Unit 2 for complete privacy.

Summary: We loved the laid-back vibe here. Yet, not far from the restaurants and shopping in Englewood or Venice. We enjoyed the kayaks, quiet beach and 50’s kitch of the Duplex. Great spot for shells, dolphins and nature in general!

Summary: Perfect spot for our honeymoon! It was quiet, concealed/private and the place was spotless upon check in! Everything was fantastic from the home, to the beach, to the property management and cleaning! Sher is fabulous!! She came a few times to check on us and chat! We felt very welcome and comfortable. We will definitely stay again 🥰

Summary: We really loved our stay, the property, the beach, the cute little kitchen, the patio! The only problem was the bed. The mattress is so soft and has body divets where people have slept. My back was messed up after night two. If there was a recliner I would have slept in that instead. Every other thing was perfect!

Summary: Cleaniest rental we've ever stayed in. Direct access to both bay and ocean sides of the Key. We took the kayaks out and saw dolphins in the bay. 10/10 would recommend.

Summary: Very adequate for our purposes. Property manager very easy to work with and extremely helpful. Would definitely return here in the future. Lovely relaxing surroundings. Would be 5 stars if living room and bedroom windows had not had see-through curtains on the windows. One hopes owners will correct that.

Summary: We stayed here for 9 days. .love the location in Manasota Key.. just a short walk across the street to the beach, tho the steps were washed out a week prior, we bought a latter to get down to the beach. We didn't hang out on the bay side as there was no pier, just a small area to maybe use kayaks. The cottage was cute decorated in a beachy theme. Very private since unit 2 was vacant. . We definitely will be back especially if the stairs to the beach are fixed.. Absolutely love this place..
