Positive: We booked a budget hotel for one night but ended up with a gorgeous modern mansion. I highly recommend choosing a room with a terrace – it’s a huge space with a breathtaking view. Perfect for having dinner or watching the sunset. The rooms are excellent: spacious, with modern renovations. The bedding is brand new and in perfect condition. The house has a large yard with a barbecue area. For shared leisure, there is a spacious lounge with a fireplace and a dining hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need – from dishes to a microwave. The location is very convenient – the property borders a forest, the botanical garden is within walking distance, and it’s only a 9-minute drive from the city center. Special thanks to the hostess, Tamara. She is cheerful, welcoming, and greeted us like old friends. We will definitely come back again. Special thanks once more to Tamara.

Positive: I was expecting more services but I realised it's a guest house not a hotel but it's costive.. the Owner was so cute and treats me well ❤️❤️😍 I would recommend if you want to stay in calm out of noise area ❤️ view was wonderful 😊 you can walk and the taxi to city centre about 3 GEL
