Positive: Lovely hotel, lovely rooms.

Negative: Karoke played on the bay, all, day, long. We tried to relax by the pool but we had to leave as it was really very loud, I know it’s Vietnam and I’ve lived here for three years but it really was hard to listen to. The hotel is on the other side of the island, we purposely stayed here as we where going to Rory’s beach bar for Christmas Day and it was very handy!

Positive: Quiet location, not commercial, more wild, less cultivated. The pool was ok, we saw some huge butterflies, heard sounds of nature like in a jungle. All in all I was quite happy to have been there to see the other more wild side of the island.

Negative: As it’s located on a slope there are stairs everywhere but they need renovation. Difficult to climb or walk down. There are fishermen’s villages on both sides of the hotel and they produce all sorts of waste so you cannot bathe in the sea. There is no direct access to the sea, only a big natural pond with sea water. Not very inviting.

Positive: Our bungalow was beautiful and had a lovely view out over the pool and ocean. The food in the restaurant was really tasty and the pool was wonderful.

Negative: It's a little bit far away from other restaurants and bars and there is no beach to swim at. But it is very peaceful.

Positive: Actually everything, starting with great, peaceful location, including charming sounds of nature in the night (nothing to be afraid of but can be disturbing for light sleepers), ending with clean rooms, tasty food and helpful staff ;) Extra bonus is a small shop just across the street.
