Positive: Could have easily given a 20/10!! Such great service from Kei and the team. Arrived in town early and they were happy to store our luggage. Check in and check out was a breeze with no keys to worry about. The elevator made it super convenient. Arrived to some local treats to try, guide books of the area and also lots of amenities and essentials such as water. Easy to navigate around the area. Heaps of utensils in the kitchenette with everything labelled and easy to find. Such a great way to use the apartment as a home-base. The staff even left sweet matcha treats and souvenirs to take back to Aus with us!!! So respectful and kind!

Negative: Having a group of 5 adults, meant tight quarters with only one bathroom and toilet to share. But all the pros definitely outweighed this, and we knew when booking there was only one.

Summary: 20/10!!! Will definitely be back!

Positive: This apartment was impeccable! Everything was sparkling clean and felt brand new. It is fully equipped with every appliance you could possibly need, along with an abundant supply of tea, coffee, and essentials. The furniture and decor are clearly chosen with great taste. We were greeted with delicious local snacks, and on our last day, the host surprised us with thoughtful Japanese gifts for our children and desserts for the whole family. The host is incredibly considerate and pays attention to every single detail. We highly recommend this place, especially for those traveling with a family!

Positive: For families, the location is outstanding. There is a small kids park over the road and an enormous family park about 500 meters down the road. Also, the convivence store over the road sells breakfast cereal, which for anyone who's been to Japan knows, is very difficult to find, so you save a ton of money on breakfast. Easy walk to the station and local restaurants. Good size apartment for Tokyo. 3 genuine bedrooms. The host is VERY accommodating.

Negative: Could have used an extra cupboard to hang up my clothes.

Positive: The apartment was perfect. It was incredibly clean and offered everything (and more) we needed. Kei was a fantastic host, he went above and beyond, ensuring we were comfortable. He very kindly had snacks in the apartment, knowing we were travelling with kids.

Positive: host was friendly and eager to help! they provided eztra towels, pyjamas and many amenities, so you will be well taken care of. appreciated the welcome snacks and treats too :) they also helped us with luggage storage as we arrived early, which was a big help as we did not need to pay for luggage storage elsewhere. the walk to the train station is a little long, but being so close to tokyo skytree and many public bathhouses more than makes up for it.
