Positive: Very spacious, comfortable, and spotless apartment accessed by a lift to the 4th floor. The apartment contained everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. All equipment looked new. The host , Elena welcomed us and explained how everything worked and was available if we had any questions. We had hired a small car so were delighted with the parking space as parking is at a premium in Como. Apartment also close to a supermarket and coffee shops. It was about 10 minute walk to the old Town and 20 minutes to the lake. Very beautiful 😍

Positive: A beautiful, modern and newly renovated apartment. Very clean and located in the heart of Como. A lot of small details in the architecture and furnishing make you feel nice and relaxed. The host's communication and hospitality impressed us.

Negative: The only remark is the lack of knives in the kitchen.

Positive: The apartment looked like it was freshly renovated. All the equipment was like new. Perfect location for walks to the center. There is a shop and a cafeteria near the house. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, including the necessary chemicals for the dishwasher and washing machine. There were even flip-flops like in a hotel. I highly recommend!!!

Positive: The hostess Elena was very helpful and friendly. She gave great recommendations of restaurants and cafés, many of which we tried and were very happy with. The apartement had everything our small family needed. There was also a safe free parking spot for us right outside the house.
