Positive: Amazing, clean and comfortable place. The staff was so nice, accommodating and very friendly.

Negative: The location is 1,3 km to main square, so just need to walk a bit to get into the center.

Positive: The owner and her sons were really nice. They organized Machu Picchu tour for me with very short notice. I was dropped to the train station and picked up from there the next day. The breakfast was waiting for me outside of my room as I had to leave very early.

Negative: Nothing, all was good

Negative: Lack of hooks and coat hangers. The room and bathroom are a bit claustrophobic, it is not soundproof you can hear guests in the hallway at early hours in the morning. Breakfast portion is small

Positive: The hotel hotel is in a fairly good location not far from the old town area. The staff is exceptional and help you with tour bookings etc.

Negative: The owners had to do work on the hotel and that unfortunately lasted quite late, but otherwise a good value for money hotel.

Positive: Dario went out of his way to ensure any issues were addressed and was also very helpful when liaising with taxi drivers etc. The room was great with a lovely view and comfortable bed. It was good to have Netflix! Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Negative: The accommodation is a little way out of the centre which caused sone issues when organising pickups for excursions. Would recommend getting a taxi to/from the centre although it seemed very safe to walk at night.

Positive: Our host Dario was lovely. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room for our early morning departure. The room was well stocked with a kettle & tea bags & the bed very comfortable. The shower was fantastic - hot with a good stream.

Negative: My pillow had a bit of a smell to it- could probably be replaced- but otherwise everything was great.

Summary: Great value for money & close to the airport.
