Positive: The girl at the reception was sweet and helpful. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the center. It is clean. It resembles an old mansion and is well-kept and tasteful, with views in some spots. They even have oxygen at the reception. Breakfast was small, but you had the option to order freshly made food from a menu (eggs, yogurt, cake).

Negative: The rooms are a bit small, and the bathroom had a broken shower and a damaged curtain.

Positive: In Casa Esmeralda by Katary we feel as at home. Lovely public space where you could rest in inner gardens with coffee or tee. Room was clean comfortable and full of loveli light. We had all we need in our room. Staff were friendly and profesional. Location very quite and near to the centre. Love it

Positive: We absolutely loved the sitting areas in the hotel. We were here for 3 days while waiting for our trek to Machu Picchu. The different sitting areas gave us a place to chill out while looking over Cusco. On top of this, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly!
