Summary: The drainage in the bathroom was poor and soon built up in the tray.. the sink held water too. We upgaded room to club sea deluxe and i wont again as not sure it was worth it.

Summary: A very relaxing stay in clean comfortable surroundings- very professional and attentive team especially Meagan on reception and Amber who was a “ray of light “ and a joy having looked after our every need at dinner - thank you and we are looking forward to our next visit .

Summary: Lovely hotel with lovely staff, all clean and bed was really comfortable and let down was the pillows I didn’t find them very comfy but that’s just my opinion

Summary: The Malmaison is a good hotel with good, quality rooms. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. However, the service in the restaurant and bar area is terrible. At breakfast, I was greeted and sat at a table but then ignored. This happened on every day of my stay and it wasn’t as though it was busy. In the evening the restaurant also had the same issues. As a business traveller this is not helpful as time is an issue. I would not stay here again just on this basis. A great place to stay but not for breakfast or dinner!
